My Kencko 'yellows' recipe

Kencko smoothie's are a part of my every day routine so that I can get a variety of fruits and veggies without a lot of effort or planning. I prefer fresh produce always! But, since it's February in NYS, quality fruits and vegetables aren't always available at the store.

The smoothies have also been helpful on my low capacity days throughout my injury recovery from a partial plantar fascia rupture. During those first 8 weeks of recovery, I had almost no standing tolerance in the kitchen for meal prep, so being able to offer myself nutrition without a lot of effort was important to me and a vital part of my healing.

I started using an immersion blender last month with 5 - 6 ice cubes and it made all the difference in the smoothies texture.

  • 6-8 ounces of coconut water or liquid of your choice

  • add kencko yellow packet

  • add 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

  • add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

  • add 5 - 6 ice cubes and blend
