solar infusions

I infuse a variety of dried organic flowers, herbs and garden grown calendula in organic jojoba throughout each season for face or body oil after your shower or as an addition to your favorite soaking salts for a foot soak or moisturizing bath soak.

Each jar is filled with the dried ingredients and covered with an organic jojoba pour over. The herbs, flowers, and jojoba sit in in the sunlight for 8 - 12 weeks and then are strained and bottled. This process allows a slow infusion of the aromatics and beneficial properties of each ingredient into the jojoba.

How many drops?

FACE: 5 - 10 drops. After showering or cleansing your face, add drops to hands and massage into your face and neck. For gua sha glide/self care routine: 10 - 20 drops.

BODY: 20 drops for each leg. 10 drops for each arm, 10 drops for abdomen, 20 drops for back. After your shower or bath, towel dry skin and massage recommended drops into your skin.

BATH: Add 20 - 30 drops to 1 cup of your favorite soaking salts and blend. Add soaking salts and the jojoba infusion blend to your bath water. The jojoba will disperse and float on top of the water. Take a handful of bath water during your soak and pour over your body, followed by swiping strokes over your skin to your arms, shoulders, check, legs and abdomen for a moisturizing bath experience.
